We've performed at many legendary venues around the DMV including The Pocket, Songbyrd Music House, and Jammin Java. MEND is an alt-rock band from Washington, DC, drawing from multiple genres such as post-hardcore, pop punk, and emo. Their sound moves between melody and dissonance, pulling listeners into a world where vulnerability and intensity collide. Onstage, MEND leans into a moody, shadow-soaked atmosphere—performances that feel more like cathartic rituals than concerts. Every song is a release, and every show a reflection of your inner thoughts.
