JDHD is a rapper and producer from Westminster, MD and based in the DMV area. His production is rich with infectious harmonies and melodies reminiscent of the R&B and Jazz music he grew up listening to and it is paired with layered, introspective lyrics that touch on themes such as personal growth and spirituality. He began his music making journey at ten years old when he wrote and recorded his first song with help from his Uncle Mike, a music artist and DJ known as Devyne J. Supreme. He began making beats at the age of twelve and spent the next 10+ years honing his craft and sharpening his skills.
